Shipping & delivery

Shipping is free on every order, to every destination we serve. There is no minimum.

How long it takes

Orders leave within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 7 to 14 business days.

So from the moment you order, expect your throw within two to three weeks. We would rather tell you that clearly now than have you wondering on day nine.

Why it takes that long

Your order ships directly from the workshop that weaves it, rather than passing through a warehouse of ours first. That adds a few days to the journey, and it is part of why a throw of this size and construction costs what it costs here rather than twice as much.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves. If it hasn't arrived within 48 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam folder, then write to us.

If your parcel is late

Delivery windows are estimates, and carriers occasionally run behind. If your order passes 20 business days without arriving, write to info@sunsecca.com with your order number and we will trace it or replace it.

If it isn't right
